MARKETING CAREERS.

The Importance of Culture Fit.

For us at Pinckney Harmon, the culture fit is just as important as an employee’s skill set. We have a library of resources to help you grow, but culture fit is something you just can’t learn. Building a healthy environment where people enjoy coming to work is at the top of our priorities. It’s not uncommon to see Pinckney Harmon employees spending time outside of work together having game nights, going to try new local breweries, or even breaking out of the occasional escape room. During work hours, we often work together in open-space collaboration groups, get in a few games of ping pong, and watch March Madness. We work hard, but we also play hard.

Our community has helped make Pinckney Harmon successful and we believe in giving back to our community through various volunteer programs. We have and continue to work with several organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and First Harvest Food Bank.

If you feel that you share our values and are a good culture fit, we want to work with you.
